Add diced tomatoes and green bell peppers, cooking until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Incorporate ifinkubala, stirring well to combine with the vegetables.

Season with salt, black pepper, and coriander, cooking for another 5 minutes.

Add shredded cabbage and grated carrots, mixing thoroughly.

Pour in a splash of water to create steam, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and fresh herbs.

Serve warm as a side dish or main course.
