Make homemade whipped cream or use store-bought whipped cream.
Combine 1/2 pack of French vanilla pudding mix and 1/2 pack of banana pudding mix in a bowl.
Follow box instructions for pudding, adding cold milk and stirring until thickened.
Add 1 (14 ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk to the pudding mixture and stir to combine.
Set the pudding mixture aside in the fridge to chill and combine flavors.
Slice bananas just before assembling to prevent browning.
Microwave Biscoff cookie butter for about 30 seconds until melted.
Remove pudding from the fridge and add whipped cream to the pudding mixture, stirring to combine.
Begin assembling the dessert in a trifle dish or aluminum foil pans, starting with a layer of Biscoff cookies.
Spread the pudding mixture over the first layer of cookies, smoothing it out evenly.
Add a second layer of Biscoff cookies on top of the pudding mixture.
Add sliced bananas on top of the second layer of cookies.
Spread more pudding mixture over the bananas and cookies.
Add additional layers of cookies and bananas as desired, ensuring bananas are visible.
Drizzle melted Biscoff cookie butter over the layers as desired.
Finish with a layer of the pudding mixture on top of the cookie butter and bananas.
Garnish with Biscoff cookie crumble on top.
