The day before, prepare the stuffing for the pie by heating the cream, adding toffees, sugar, and broken dark chocolate. Stir until homogeneous, then mix with orange liqueur and cool. Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, make the dough by heating broken chocolate with cream until uniform. Cool slightly, then sift flour, corn starch, and baking powder into a bowl. Add sugar, eggs, and softened butter, knead the dough, and combine with the chocolate mixture.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lay out the dough in an oiled and parchment-lined springform pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Take the stuffing from the refrigerator and whip it with a mixer.
Cool the cake layer completely and cut it in half across. Place the lower layer on a pie dish, spread with stuffing, and cover with the second half of the cake layer.
For the top layer, whip cream with sugar until stiff and cover the pie surface. Dust with cocoa powder and decorate with candies. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
