Smoked Spinach Artichoke Dip

Mix rub recipe into softened cream cheese well until fully combined.
Transfer that into a well-oiled 10 inch Cast Iron Skillet and spread evenly along the bottom of the skillet.
Add 16oz. of refried beans on top of that and spread evenly.
Add 3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and spread out evenly.
Top with jalapenos and green onion.
Preheat your Lone Star Grillz Pellet Smoker to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Once preheated, place dip on the cooker and close the lid to allow the dip to cook.
Check dip around the 30-35 minute mark, the total cook time is usually between 35-45 minutes depending on how well done you like it.
Once you see bubbling around the edges and caramelization, the dip is done!
Remove from the cooker, allow it to cool and SERVE IT UP!
