1/2 lb fresh chorizo
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup parsley
salt to taste
