1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 bag caramels
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanuts

Prep an 8 by 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.

In a microwave safe bowl, combine the butter, cocoa, brown sugar, and milk.

Microwave this for about 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is boiling.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla and stir to incorporate.

Transfer this to the lined pan and spread it out to make an even layer.

Unwrap the caramels, which takes the longest time; you might want to find help for this.

Once they're all unwrapped, add a little water and microwave these to melt.
