Wash the chicken in salt and vinegar.
Season the chicken with garlic salt, chicken bouillon powder, sazon seasoning, complete seasoning, black pepper, chicken seasoning, and guyanese casseribe; mix well and set aside to marinate for about 2 hours.
Boil chow mein noodles until soft but not mushy, about 8-10 minutes; drain and set aside.
Preheat a wok with some oil.
Add the marinated chicken to the wok and allow it to fry and cook thoroughly, about 15 minutes with the lid on.
Once the chicken is cooked, add a little more guyanese casseribe, garlic, onions, and bell peppers; mix well and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add the vegetables (cabbage, bora, and carrots) and mix well; add seasonings to flavor.
Add a little water to create sauce and cover with a lid to soften the vegetables.
Once the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat and add the chow mein noodles; mix well.
Add green onions, cilantro, and fresh carrots and cabbage; mix everything together.
