1 cup bora (long beans), cut into 2-inch pieces
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup yellow onions, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon guyanese casseribe
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon complete seasoning
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon chinese five spice
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
8 oz chow mein noodles
