Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
Use your thumb to create an indentation in the center of each ball.
Fill each indentation with raspberry jam, being careful not to overfill.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
