Add onion, green mild chili, fiery red chili, green chili, and garlic cloves into the processor.
Add the mild red chili rinco pepper and roughly chop it in the processor.
Add 200 g of cherry tomatoes to the processor.
Squeeze in the juice of 2 lemons.
Add 2 teaspoons of pomegranate molasses for sweetness.
Add a decent handful of parsley and a generous amount of olive oil.
Put the lid on the processor and blitz the mixture until finely chopped.
Transfer the finely chopped salad into a bowl and finish with a generous glug of olive oil on top.
Season the salad to taste.
