Process mango (previously demonstrated in another video)

Shake the can of unsweetened coconut milk well

Open the coconut milk can using a church key or can opener

Add more than 1/2 cup of processed mango into the blender

Add 3 pineapple rings into the blender

Pour the thick coconut milk on top of the fruit

Add a little bit of water to thin the mixture

Blend the mixture for about 20 seconds

Add 1 banana to the blender

Blend the banana for no more than 15 seconds

Check the thickness of the smoothie and adjust with more water if desired
