2 Boiled Potatoes
¾ Cup Corn Flour
2 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Clove Garlic
½ Tspn Chilli Powder
½ Tspn Soya Sauce
½ Tspn Salt
2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Mash the boiled potatoes well.

Mix the corn flour and water to make a smooth dough.

Take some of the mixture and shape it into pasta.

Boil water and cook the shaped pasta for 2-3 minutes.

Dip the pasta in normal water for 2 minutes.

In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add the chilli powder, soya sauce, and salt to the pan.

Add the boiled potato pasta and cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in the tomato ketchup and mix well.
