1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 onion
1 medium tomato
1 medium cucumber
4 pieces pita bread

Soak chickpeas overnight in water.

Drain and rinse the soaked chickpeas.

Boil chickpeas in fresh water until tender, about 1-2 hours.
