Add vegetable oil to a napkin and wipe it through every crevice of the jello mold to prevent sticking.
Place the oiled mold in the refrigerator until ready to use.
In a bowl, combine cold water with grenadine and mix until it thickens, ensuring not to use warm water to avoid clumping.
Set the thickened grenadine aside to rest.
In a blender, add regular milk, condensed milk, cream cheese, and a splash of vanilla extract.
Blend the mixture until smooth.
Microwave the thickened grenadine for about 30 seconds until it melts completely.
With the blender running, add the melted grenadine and blend for another minute until fully combined.
Retrieve the mold from the refrigerator and slowly pour the blended mixture into it to minimize bubbles.
Refrigerate the filled mold for about three hours until firm.
Once set, remove the jello from the mold by sliding it out, aided by the vegetable oil.
Decorate the jello with cherries before serving.
