Add the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and butter to a food processor. Process until about halfway combined.

Add the beer. Continue to mix until smooth. You may have to stop the food processor, and use a spatula to unstick some of the ingredients from the blade, as you go.

Add the onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, and cayenne. Process until incorporated.
