Kentucky Beer Cheese

32 ounces easy melt cheese (like Velveeta)
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1.5 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1.5 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Open the beer and allow it to sit overnight to let it go flat, or pour the beer in a bowl and whisk it to speed up the process.

Cube 32 ounces of easy melt cheese and 8 ounces of cream cheese.

Soften the cheeses by microwaving for 25-30 seconds.

Start mixing the cheeses together with a mixer.

Gradually add the beer while continuing to mix.

Continue mixing and adding the beer until smooth.

Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and mix.

Add 1.5 teaspoons of cayenne pepper and mix.
