1 large onion
1 bell pepper

1 can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 tablespoon sugar
mustard
Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 3/4 cup water

Toast the hamburger buns with mayo side down in a hot pan until golden brown.

Sauté half of a large onion and a bell pepper in olive oil with a pinch of salt until fragrant.

Add 1 pound of organic grass-fed ground beef to the pan and crumble it with a potato masher while it browns.

Render some of the fat from the beef using a paper towel and tongs.

Season the beef with 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and 1 tablespoon complete seasoning, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add 1 can of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce, and 3 tablespoons of ketchup to the beef mixture.

Stir in 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water.

Let the mixture simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes to meld the flavors together.

Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes to thicken the sauce to the desired consistency.
