Pour the cake mix into a bowl.

Add 1 1/4 cups of water to the cake mix as per the instructions on the box.

Add 2 eggs to the mixture.

Mix the ingredients with a mixer until well combined.

Pour about two-thirds of the batter into a jelly-roll sized pan lined with wax paper.

Spread the batter evenly and thinly in the pan.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake the cake for 15 minutes.

Once the cake is completely cooled, spread a half gallon of ice cream on top of the cake.

Roll the cake up into a log, peeling off the wax paper as you go.

Place the rolled cake onto a piece of plastic wrap, keeping it in log shape.
