Anzac Slice

2 Cups of Plain Flour
2 Cups of Soft Brown Sugar
2 Cups of Rolled Oats
1 Cup of Desiccated Coconut
250g of Butter
4 Tablespoons of Golden Syrup
1 Teaspoon of Baking soda

In a bowl, add 2 Cups of Plain Flour, 2 Cups of Soft Brown Sugar, 2 Cups of Rolled Oats, and 1 Cup of Desiccated Coconut. Mix together until there are no lumps.

In a separate bowl, melt 250g of Butter. Stir in 4 Tablespoons of Golden Syrup and 1 Teaspoon of Baking soda, and stir until there are no lumps.

Make a well in the dry ingredients and slowly mix in the wet ingredients.

Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and bake at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.

Leave to stand for 20 minutes after taking out of the oven.

Optionally drizzle with chocolate.
