Whisk together 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of water to create an egg wash.

Unfold the puff pastry and cut it into 9 squares.

Place 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each square.

Sprinkle a little orange zest on top of the Nutella in each square.

Brush the edges of each pastry square with the egg wash.

Fold each pastry diagonally to form a triangle and press to seal.

Transfer the pastries to an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 17-20 minutes until golden brown.

While the pastries are baking, prepare the icing by whisking together 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tablespoon orange juice, and 1/8 teaspoon orange zest.

Once the pastries are done baking, let them cool slightly before drizzling with the orange icing.
