Wash fresh nettles to remove dirt and foreign particles.

Let washed nettles sit in a colander to perk up.

Roll the nettles with a rolling pin to remove stingers.

Cut the nettles into a chiffonade (fine shred).

Massage the nettles with a little sunflower oil.

Add chopped cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, pomegranate seeds, and feta cheese to the salad.

Season the salad to taste with salt and other seasonings.
