White wine can mimic the flavor profile while being more accessible.

Squeeze the juice from two wedges of lime into a shaker.

Add 3/4 ounce of brandy, 3/4 ounce of white rum, and 3/4 ounce of Cointreau to the shaker.

Shake the mixture for about 10 seconds to get it nice and cold.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Take a fresh twist of lemon and twist it over the drink to disperse the oil on top while squeezing it at the same time.

Rub the lemon twist on the rim of the glass and drop it into the drink.
