The marinade, rich with local herbs and spices, reflects the vibrant flavors of Khmer cuisine. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the duck from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
Place the duck on the grill skin-side down and cook for 15-20 minutes until skin is crispy and golden.
Flip the duck and continue grilling for another 15-20 minutes until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove the duck from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve the sliced duck on a platter with fresh herbs, cucumber, and lettuce.
