1 cup water
1 cup flour

Put the flour in a big container.

Add salt to the flour.

Add baking soda and smash it together to avoid clumps.

Create a space in the middle of the flour mixture.

Insert yogurt into the space created in the flour.

Mix the yogurt with the flour gradually.

Slowly add water little by little while mixing until the mixture is liquid.

Prepare a pan with a lot of olive oil and heat it until hot.

Fry 5 to 6 pieces of the mixture in the hot oil until golden on the bottom.

Turn the petulla to cook the other side until golden.

Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
