Cover the skillet and let it cook until the leeks reduce and the juices evaporate.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, nutmeg, baking soda, cayenne pepper, and dried chili flakes to the leeks and onion mixture.

In a bowl, beat 3 eggs and add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, mixing well.
