Pulled Pork Sliders

1 cup sweet cherries
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 chipotle peppers

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Place the pork shoulder in a roasting pan and pour the sauce mixture over it, ensuring the pork is well coated.

Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 4 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before shredding it with two forks.

Once shredded, mix the pork with the remaining sauce in the pan.

To assemble the sliders, place a generous amount of pulled pork on the bottom half of each slider bun.
