Boil water and add salt.

Add half a package (about 8-9 ounces) of elbow macaroni to boiling water and cook for about 6 minutes.

Drain the macaroni and let it cool.

In a large bowl, add 1/3 cup of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard; mix well.

Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl and stir to coat.

Add 8 slices of crisped bacon, chopped red bell pepper, grated carrot, defrosted peas, chopped dill pickle, and 1/4 cup of Italian dressing to the mixture.

Add 1/4 cup of mixed cheddar and queso blanco cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese; mix everything together thoroughly.
