Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water.

Add 2-3 dashes of orange bitters.
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Take the chilled cocktail glass and place a cocktail cherry at the bottom.
Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass over the cherry.
Express the oils from a piece of orange peel over the drink and discard the peel.
