Dissolve one package of Jell-O with one cup of boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
Add a half cup of cold water to the dissolved Jell-O and place in the refrigerator until set.
In a saucepan, combine one cup of pineapple juice and one quarter cup of sugar, and heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Add one packet of lemon Jell-O to the pineapple juice mixture and stir until well dissolved, then add a half cup of cold water.
Place the lemon Jell-O mixture in the refrigerator to gel.
Prepare whipped topping using two envelopes of Dream Whip with whole milk and a little vanilla extract, or whip two cups of cream.
Combine the thickened lemon Jell-O with the whipped topping and mix well.
Crush a sleeve of graham crackers and mix with one-third cup of melted butter to form wet crumbs.
Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan and refrigerate to set.
Cut the set Jell-O into half-inch cubes and gently fold into the whipped cream mixture.
Pour the combined mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth it out.
Chill the dessert for at least five hours, preferably overnight.
Unmold the dessert by sliding a spatula around the perimeter and releasing the springform pan.
Pipe whipped cream around the edge for decoration.
