In a large skillet over medium heat, add bacon and cook until crispy.
Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Add onion and cook until translucent, about 4 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for only 1 minute.
Stir in cream of tomato, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and black pepper; mix well and bring to a simmer.
Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Slice the baguette lengthwise and place on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat.
Fill the center of each baguette with the beef mixture.
Place tomato slices on top of the mixture.
Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for the final touch.
Transfer the baking sheet to a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
Remove from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
