1/4 cup (56g) unsalted butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp (1g) paprika
1 tsp (1g) chili flakes

Cut the chicken breasts into long strips.

Season the chicken strips with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook for about 4-6 minutes until golden brown.

Flip the chicken and cook for another 4-6 minutes until golden brown on the other side.

Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth to the skillet.
