It is celebrated for its rich flavor and potential health benefits, often used as a base for soups or enjoyed on its own. In modern times, bone broth has gained popularity as a health food, embraced for its collagen content and comforting properties, making it a staple in many kitchens.

White vinegar is a cost-effective substitute for extracting minerals from bones.
Introduce the recipe and explain the benefits of chicken bone broth.
Use a whole chicken for the recipe, or rotisserie chicken carcasses if available.
Chop a large onion into eight pieces and add it to the Instant Pot with the chicken.
Add sea salt, black pepper, and turmeric to the pot.
Pour in enough water to just reach the top of the chicken, approximately 4-6 cups depending on the size of the chicken.
Seal the Instant Pot lid and set it to cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, let the pressure release naturally for 15 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
Remove the chicken from the pot, which should be tender and falling off the bone.
Shred the chicken meat and set it aside for meals throughout the week, returning the bones to the pot.
Secure the lid again and cook the bones for an additional 90 minutes on high pressure.
Once done, release the pressure and strain the broth using a stainless steel colander into a large pot or bowl.
Store the strained broth in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
