Take 100 g of biscuits and add them to a Ziploc bag.
Bash the biscuits with a rolling pin to a powder-like consistency.
Transfer the crushed biscuits to a bowl and add in melted butter, then combine well.
Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square tin and press down using a flat-bottom glass.
Refrigerate the crust until preparing the cheesecake mix.
In a pan, add sugar along with water and let it sit idle for about 10 minutes.
To make the cheesecake mix, take 125 g of cream cheese and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Heat the sugar and water mixture on medium flame, stirring until dissolved, about 8 minutes.
Pour in condensed milk and regular milk, increasing the heat to high and bringing it to a boil.
Add zest of a lemon and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture.
Once the milk mixture is boiling, turn off the flame and let it cool for about 30 seconds while stirring continuously.
Pour the cooled milk mixture into the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
Fold in 125 g of whipped cream that has been whipped to stiff peaks into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the cheesecake mixture into the cake tin over the crust.
Add fruit pieces like strawberries, mango, and kiwi into the cheesecake mixture and swirl them around with a skewer.
Refrigerate the cheesecake for about 30 minutes.
Top the cheesecake with your favorite chopped fruits.
Prepare a syrup of sugar and water by boiling it down to a single thread consistency and drizzle it over the fruits.
Let the cheesecake set and chill for about 4 hours before slicing and serving.
