Cut the onions and garlic into small pieces.

Saute the chopped onions and garlic until they are clear.

In a bowl, fill stale bread pieces with milk and let sit for about 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine 2 pounds of ground meat (1.5 pounds beef and 0.5 pounds pork).
