1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (for glaze)

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, combine 2 pounds of ground beef, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup of milk, and 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs.

Add 1/2 of a yellow onion (small diced), 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients until nicely incorporated.

Transfer the mixture onto a sheet tray lined with parchment paper and form it into a loaf.

Bake in the preheated oven until the internal temperature reaches 150°F, approximately 55 minutes.

While the meatloaf is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing 3/4 cup of ketchup, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce.

After 55 minutes, apply the glaze on top of the meatloaf and broil for 4 minutes to caramelize the glaze.

Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
