Gently combine all the ingredients in the bowl, being careful not to overmix.

Transfer the meat mixture to a baking pan and shape it into a loaf.

In a separate bowl, mix together some barbecue sauce and ketchup to use as a topping for the meatloaf.

Pour a little bit of the barbecue sauce mixture at the bottom of the baking pan before placing the meatloaf in.
