Place a pan or pot over medium high flame.

Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil to the pan.

Add 1 medium finely diced onion and sauté for around 1 minute until golden brown.

Add 5 cloves of crushed garlic and grated ginger, cooking for around 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add 1 heap teaspoon of tomato paste and cook for around 2 minutes over medium low flame.

Add spices: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric, and curry powder, along with 2 seasoning cubes.

Stir in the spices and let cook for around 30 seconds.

Add in the pre-boiled lentils and carrots, then add water to the pan.

Stir and check the seasoning, adding more salt if needed.

Add a little bit of sugar to balance acidity.

Reduce flame to medium low and simmer the lentils for around 5 minutes.

Add in 1 whole medium zucchini and stir.

After around a minute, add in red capsicum and stir.

Add in cooking cream and stir until creamy.

Check seasoning one final time and garnish with coriander.
