Add 4 yolks and a pinch of salt to the mixture.

Melt 100 gr butter and mix it in.

Gradually add 550 gr flour and mix until combined.

Let the dough rise for 60 minutes.

After 60 minutes, knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix 300 gr cottage cheese with 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon cream, and 10 gr vanilla sugar.

Fold in blueberries and 1 tablespoon flour into the cottage cheese mixture.

Brush the dough with egg wash.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
