The Blue Hawaiian Recipe

Start with a highball glass.

Pour 1 oz of light rum into the glass.

Add 1 oz of blue curaçao to the glass.

Pour in 1 oz of cream of coconut.

Measure and add 2 oz of pineapple juice to the mixture.

Fill the glass with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously to combine, ensuring the thick cream of coconut is well blended.

Drop a pineapple garnish into the drink.

Add a maraschino cherry on top as a garnish.

Serve with a glass straw.
