Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Take a block of softened cream cheese and add powdered sugar to it, mixing until combined.
Add 1 egg yolk, vanilla extract, and a little bit of lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture and set aside.
Open the crescent rolls and cut them along the pre-marked lines to create rounds.
Flatten the crescent rolls into circular disc shapes using a glass.
Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto the flattened crescent rounds.
Add about 1 teaspoon of raspberry filling on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Brush the tops of the rounds with the leftover egg white for a nice brown crust.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
While the crescent rolls are baking, prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar, a little milk, and lemon juice.
Once the crescent rolls are out and cooled a bit, drizzle the icing on top.
