1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp chickpea flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp water

Add almonds into a bowl. Now add salt, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, chickpea flour, pepper powder, and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.

Add some water now and mix well again till the masala coats well onto the almonds.

Finally add some rice flour to thicken the batter and to add crispness. Mix well again.

In a kadai, heat oil enough to fry these masala almonds.

Drop the masala coated almonds slowly into the hot oil and fry them till the oil bubbles reduce.

Pat away the excess oil on a tissue paper and serve them hot.
