Combine the warm macaroni in a large bowl with the whisked eggs.
Add carnation evaporated milk and cayenne pepper to the macaroni mixture; mix well.
Add roughly chopped onion and half of the grated cheddar and buddha cheese to the mixture; mix until well combined.
Add a tablespoon of butter or margarine to the macaroni mixture and mix in.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, distributing the remaining cheese evenly on top.
If available, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top for added crust.
Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake, keeping an eye on it as oven times may vary.
Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing.
