En una olla grande colocar el aceite y sellar la carne de huachalomo cortada en 4 porciones por 10min.

Luego agregar la cebolla, el morrón, el ajo, el apio, el laurel y los condimentos orégano, sal y pimienta, rellenando con 2 tazas de agua hirviendo, cocinar por 20min.

Agregar en el siguiente orden: el choclo, las papas, el zapallo, la longaniza, las hojas de repollo para tapar y sobre las hojas colocar las mitades de salchichas.

Dejar cocinar por 20min., tapado con la tapa, verificar que la papa esté cocida, no mover y no revolver.

Servir cada plato con una porción de carne, una papa, un trozo de choclo, el zapallo, 2 hojas de repollo, 1 trozo de longaniza y 2 trozos de salchicha, agregando un poco caldo y perejil picado.
