In a mixing bowl, combine nachni flour, salt, and a pinch of baking powder.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the mixture and mix it first.
Mash in a ripe banana to form the dough, using the banana as the liquid ingredient.
Take small balls of the dough and roll them out on a floured surface, using more nachni flour as needed.
Cut the rolled dough into rectangles, trimming the edges with a knife.
Prepare the filling by heating cream until hot, then adding finely chopped chocolate to melt it into a ganache.
Apply milk on the edges of the dough rectangles, then add chocolate ganache in the center.
Place another rectangle on top and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
Place the Pop-Tarts on a baking tray and bake at 110 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Allow the Pop-Tarts to cool slightly before serving.
