1

Take 500 g of minced beef and put it into a mixing bowl.

2

Chop a handful of fresh coriander finely and add it to the mixing bowl.

3

Chop a medium-sized onion finely and add it to the mixing bowl.

4

Add 1 egg, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of mustard, a pinch of salt, and grind in some black pepper into the mixing bowl.

5

Use your hands to mix all the ingredients together.

6

Take a handful of the mixture and press it out into a patty.

7

Use a drinking glass to cut a hole out of the middle of the patty.

8

Heat a frying pan with a little bit of oil and place the patty in to cook.

9

After a few minutes, turn the patty over and crack an egg into the hole in the middle.

10

If some egg spills out, wait for it to cook and then remove it.

11

Slice up a tomato and tear off some lettuce while the patty cooks.

12

If the top of the egg is still a little uncooked, turn it over for a minute to ensure it's cooked through.

13

Add cheese on top of the patty when the egg is cooked and the cheese is melted.

14

Serve the patty in a bun and add whatever sauces and salad you like.
