1 servings
Servings4
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 cup water
1 Earl Grey tea bag
1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
1/2 teaspoon lavender (optional)
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
whipped cream (for topping, optional)

Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.

1

Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot or kettle.

2

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and steep the Earl Grey tea bag for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

3

In a separate saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat until steaming, but do not let it boil.

4

If using lavender, add it to the milk and let it steep for a few minutes, then strain it out.

5

Remove the tea bag from the steeped tea and add sugar if desired, stirring until dissolved.

6

Combine the steeped tea with the heated milk and add vanilla syrup, stirring well to combine.

7

Pour the mixture into a mug, holding back the foam with a spoon if desired.

8

Top with whipped cream if using, and sprinkle with additional lavender or a drizzle of vanilla syrup for garnish.

9

Serve immediately and enjoy your London Fog Latte.
