Clean the mushrooms under running water and slice them.

In a 12-inch skillet, melt 50 grams of butter over medium heat until foamy.

Add one chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add 500 grams of sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture, about 5-7 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Reduce heat to low and stir in 200 grams of sour cream until well combined.

Cook gently for 2-3 minutes until heated through, but do not boil.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
