In a bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 3/4 teaspoon of salt. Mix well.

In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, 1/4 cup of melted butter, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract until lightened in color.

Add 1/2 cup of whole milk to the wet mixture and mix until combined.

Toss 1 and 1/4 cups of blueberries with 2 teaspoons of the dry mixture to coat them.
