Vegan Dairy-free Crackers

1 ⅓ cups (135g) blanched almond flour
1 ½ teaspoons (3g) paprika
½ teaspoon (1g) garlic powder
½ teaspoon (1g) onion powder
½ teaspoon (1g) salt
¼ teaspoon (0.5g) pepper
2 tablespoons (30mL) water

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca flour, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried herbs.

Add olive oil and water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and cut the dough into desired shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.

Transfer the cut crackers onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
