Add warm water and knead the dough for 10 minutes.

Cover the pieces with ghee or oil and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Spread each ball on a flat surface very thinly, then add a spoonful of melted butter.
Fold the dough from both ends in a rectangular shape, then fold from the other two sides to form a square.
Leave the squares on a greased tray to rest for 15 minutes.
Extend each piece with light and quick pressure from both sides, then place it on a tray lined with butter paper and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Drizzle with cold syrup and serve.
