2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1/4 cup vegetable stock

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, add 2 cups of cooked green lentils.

Add 1 cup of rolled oats to the bowl.

Add 8 ounces of sautéed baby bella mushrooms to the bowl.

Add 1 small diced red onion and 2 minced garlic cloves that have been sautéed until translucent.

Add 3/4 cup of shredded carrot and 1/2 cup of chopped celery to the mixture.

Add 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast, 2 teaspoons of white miso, 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning, and 1/4 cup of vegetable stock to the bowl.

Mix everything together until well combined, using your hands if necessary.

Pack the mixture into a silicone loaf pan, filling it almost to the top.

Optionally, divide the mixture into two smaller loaf pans if desired.
